1) Check in from 2.00 pm - Self Check-in

2) Maximum check out by 10:00; any need for late check out, must be agreed subject to availability; the keys must be left in the mailbox in the event of the contact person's absence.
 
3) It is not allowed to organize parties inside the apartment or listen to loud music.
 
4) Leave the door of the building closed
 
5) 1 Small pet is allowed. The owners will only have to use the courtesy of not allowing them to stay on the bed and sofa and to prevent them from doing their business in the apartament.

6) We do not offer breakfast.

7) We do not offer cleaning services and linen changes after Check-in. The washer dryer is available inside the apartment
 
8) Parking is not available in the building, but it is possible to park near the apartment.

 

9) Tourist tax (City tax): It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax at Check-in: €2 per day per person.

Cancellation policy

RULES ON CANCELLATIONS VALID ONLY ON BOOKINGS MADE ONLINE THROUGH OUR SITE POZZUOLICENTRUM.NET OR BY PHONE.

*Rules not valid for bookings made on other booking portals such as: Booking, Airbnb, etc..

*(Regulations valid only if the full amount of the reservation is paid).

It is possible to block a booking by paying a deposit of 30% of the entire amount. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transformed into vouchers.

-It is possible to cancel a reservation without penalty with a full refund, at least 60 days before the day of Check-in.
-Cancel a reservation 59 - 31 days from Check-in, you will receive a 50% refund on the entire reservation or a Voucher for the entire amount to be reused within 1 year from the day of check-in
-Cancel a reservation 30 -15 days before Check-in, you will receive a Voucher for the entire amount to be used within 1 year from the original date of Check-in
-If you cancel a reservation 14 days before arrival, it is no longer possible to receive a refund or Voucher.
