1) Check-in from 14:00 - Self Check-in

2) Check-out by 10:00.

If you need a late check-out or early check-in (for an additional fee), please arrange in advance based on availability.
Keys should be left in the mailbox in case the host is unavailable.

3) Parties: Organizing parties or playing loud music inside the apartment is not allowed.

4) Building Door: Always make sure the building door is closed.

5) Pets: No pets are allowed.

6) Breakfast: We do not offer breakfast.

7) Cleaning and Linen Changes: We do not provide cleaning or linen changes after check-in. A washer-dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience.

8) Parking: There is no parking available on the property, but you can park near the apartment.

9) Tourist Tax: The tourist tax must be paid at check-in: €2 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy

These cancellation policies apply only to bookings made online through our website (PozzuoliCentrum.net) or by phone.

These policies do not apply to bookings made through other platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb, etc.).

These policies apply only if full payment for the booking has been made.

• You can reserve a booking by paying a 30% deposit of the total amount. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be converted into a voucher.

• You can cancel a booking without penalties and receive a full refund if canceled at least 60 days before check-in.

• Cancellations made 59 to 31 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total amount or a voucher for the full amount, valid for use within 1 year from the original check-in date.

• Cancellations made 30 to 15 days before check-in will receive a voucher for the full amount, valid for use within 1 year from the original check-in date.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or a voucher.
